Ilene is the founder and owner of Newtown Health and Wellness, with over twelve (12) years of experience in personal training and post-rehabilitation.  She is nationally certified and received her B.S. degree in Exercise Physiology from Temple University.


  Utilizing state of the art commercial equipment
       along with cables, free weights, medicine balls
and bands, various fitness programs can be
designed that are both challenging and exciting.


  She specializes in back stabilization and
  strength programs utilizing Swiss ball therapy,
      designing exercise programs to accommodate
individual needs as well as supervised recovery
programs

Lisa Burney
Personal Trainer

Lisa Burney received her certification as a Fitness Trainer from the International Sports Sciences Association in October 2007.  Currently, she is working on certification as a Youth Fitness trainer.  Lisa has a B.A. in Psychology from Villanova University and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Monmouth College in West Long Branch , NJ.  She taught first and second grade in Marlboro, NJ.  Over the past 15 years she has been involved with youth sports coaching softball in NJ and Newtown, St. Ignatius CYO volleyball, and YMS soccer.  Lisa resides in Yardley with her husband Scott and their two daughters.
