The Studio
























Newtown Health & Wellness offers Yoga and Pilate classes in a beautiful private studio. 
Class size is kept to a minimum to ensure individual attention and reduce the chance of injury performing exercises incorrectly.

On occasion we offer fun fitness classes such as belly dancing and pole dancing. 

We also offer private lessons and party packages. Please call for more information
and pricing.
